Nike's Air Jordan 1 Flight 2 is an exceptionally lightweight sneaker designed for mobility. The shoe is all black, and its upper is made of suede and synthetic fabrics. There are also some major black leather overlays on the upper; a large one goes from the midfoot to the heel, winds around the heel, and returns to the midfoot on the opposite side. Two smaller leather overlays with eyelets are on opposite sides of the tongue. There are further eyelets on the midfoot and around the collar. Also, there is a smaller black leather overlay on the heel that is emblazoned with the number 23, Michael Jordan's number. The midsole and outsole are made entirely of black rubber.
